Schbang is an integrated creative, media, and technology agency building impactful brand experiences for Indias leading businesses. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Lead to drive growth, build lasting client relationships, and lead our business development team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth:
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across sectors.
- Develop tailored pitches showcasing Schbangs creative, UI/UX, SEO, tech, and media capabilities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the BD team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Set performance KPIs, ensure skill development, and drive a high-performance sales culture.
- Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence:
- Create growth strategies aligned with agency objectives.
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and develop actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture senior-level relationships with clients and partners.
- Ensure seamless handover to delivery teams for effective onboarding and project execution.
- CRM & Pipeline Management:
- Own CRM strategy and data hygiene to ensure a robust pipeline.
- Track, analyse, and report business development metrics to leadership.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- 6-10 years of business development experience in advertising, digital marketing, or design agencies.
- Proven track record of acquiring and managing mid-large clients with revenue accountability.
- Technical & Service Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of CRM solutions, UI/UX services, SEO services, digital campaigns, and tech offerings.
- Ability to translate client business objectives into agency service solutions.
- Leadership & Communication:
- Experience leading BD or sales teams.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Mindset:
- Target-driven, entrepreneurial, and collaborative.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-oriented environment.
