We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS INCLUDING HEALTHCARE INSTITUTIONS AND CUSTOMERS
- INTRODUCE AND PROMOTE RADIOLOGY PRODUCTS TO HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
- ORGANIZE MEDICAL EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND WORKSHOPS TO ENHANCE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
- GATHER AND ANALYZE MARKET INSIGHTS TO INFORM BUSINESS DECISIONS
- MANAGE DISTRIBUTOR STOCKS AND ENSURE SMOOTH SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATIONS
- SERVE AS AN APPLICATION SPECIALIST FOR THE REGION
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare institutions and customers
- Knowledge of radiology products and services
- Ability to develop and execute sales plans
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Performance bonus
