Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Power Bridge Systems Private Limited. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client accounts, developing and implementing strategic account plans, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3 years of experience in sales or account management
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills to identify customer needs and develop solutions
  • Strategic account planning experience
  • Sales skills to close deals and meet targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software
