Our team ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customer's technological needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell complete Dell technologies product and portfolio, including Desktops, Laptops, Servers, Storage, Networking Solutions
- Proficient in executing business hygiene, converting sales leads, quoting, calling, increasing in-quarter buyer, acquiring new business, and increasing share of wallet in existing accounts
- Function as the primary inside sales demand generalist and provide support to the field sales executive with all sales internal resources, in both strategy and execution
- Drive medium business, work with customers to acquire new business and increase share of wallet with existing customers
- Work with customers and partners to devise new and innovative solutions to business opportunities
- Be responsible for various sized accounts and end-to-end account management
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions to customers and partners
Requirements
2-4 years relevant experience
Ability to articulate the value proposition of our product/service offerings
Potential to use multiple sales tools simultaneously to complete sales transactions
Ability to establish relationships with customers and partners
Bachelor's degree
IT experience is a must
