Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Training Professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Learning. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver new hire training and refresher training sessions
  • Provide sales training, product & process training to all employees, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles
  • Facilitate soft skill & behavioral trainings to sales & non-sales stakeholders at the regional office, promoting effective communication and teamwork
  • Drive self-learning at the regional office through e-Learning platform, enabling employees to develop their skills and knowledge independently
  • Support sales leaders in driving business productivity, analyzing key performance indicators and providing actionable insights to improve results
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and professional development among employees, fostering a growth mindset and encouraging experimentation and innovation
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in field sales training, with a proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, including experiential learning and hands-on training methods
  • Experience working on sales training assignments, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with formal facilitation or TTT Certification is an added advantage, demonstrating expertise in instructional design and delivery
