As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales goals. Your primary objective will be to connect with B2B clients, build valuable relationships, and drive revenue growth for our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and convert them into long-term business partners.
  • Pursue leads through multiple channels, including referrals, web research, and networking.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, actively seeking referral opportunities.
  • Arrange business meetings, deliver presentations, and conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients.
  • Write business proposals and negotiate with stakeholders to secure agreements.
  • Maintain a robust monthly sales pipeline, recording all sales activities, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve profitable deals.
  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gains and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business needs as required.
