Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at Communities Heritage Private Limited in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Conduct inside sales activities to generate revenue for the company. Engage with potential customers through phone calls, nurture leads through the sales funnel, and close sales deals over the phone.
  • Vendor Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new vendors onto the application, guide them through necessary documentation and registration procedures, and ensure a positive onboarding experience.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, address inquiries and concerns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, conversion rates, and vendor onboarding progress, analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide insights to management on performance metrics.
  • Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets for inside sales and telesales, monitor progress towards targets, and take corrective actions if necessary.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all vendor onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with company policies, work with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements, and implement a systematic follow-up process for both sales leads and vendor onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with sales software and tools.

Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹45,000 per month (based on experience) + incentives. We offer a competitive salary package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
