Customer Success Professional

Smart Working is a leading UK Software Talent Provider company seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the UK team, you will work in a Hybrid Work environment, with Fridays spent working from an office location.
Key Responsibilities- Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving success by delivering exceptional service.
- Understand clients' hiring needs, business goals, and organizational challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration of hired candidates into their organization.
- Track and report key performance metrics, addressing client concerns and collaborating with internal teams to improve recruitment strategies.
- Suggest improvements and identify upselling opportunities to offer additional services or solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing (preferably in IT staffing/recruitment).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and maintain positive relationships.
- Ability to address challenges effectively and find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Familiarity with client management and CRM tools is a plus.
