About the Role: As a Sales Business Growth Manager, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for selling innovative digital learning solutions to global clients. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates who have a strong interest in sales and are eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:


• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by establishing connections with key decision-makers.


• Conduct research and reach out to potential clients through calls and virtual meetings to understand their needs.


• Identify client challenges and provide tailored solutions from our product offerings.


• Prepare and present engaging proposals to win new clients.


• Collaborate with the internal team to craft and enhance sales presentations, emails, and client proposals.


• Achieve financial targets in alignment with defined KPIs.

Requirements:


• A Master's degree in Business Administration from a reputable institution, preferably with a specialization in Sales or Marketing.


• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver impactful presentations.


• Strong consulting skills, demonstrating the ability to advise and influence decision-makers effectively.


• High enthusiasm and motivation, with a strong drive for achieving business growth.

What We Offer:


• A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
