Job Overview

Rise IT Consulting & Solutions is a dynamic B2B sales organization looking for a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, with strong negotiation skills and evidence of building successful client relationships.

Estimated Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹22,607 per month, depending on experience.

About the Role

This position involves building new client relationships, maintaining existing ones, managing the sales pipeline, analyzing market trends, and tracking key metrics to ensure targets are met. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to build trust and loyalty
  • Manage the sales pipeline to ensure effective forecasting and target achievement
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to establish competitive advantages
  • Track key metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong client relationships. A graduate degree and up to 6 months of sales experience are preferred.
