Strategic Business Growth Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Volibits. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for business development and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new business opportunities through direct marketing, networking, and industry associations.
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries and following up regularly to increase conversion rates.
  • Liaising with surveyors to expedite the field survey process and coordinating with the credit department for sanction and document requirements.
  • Ensuring timely completion of legal documentation and follow-up with clients for fresh utilization of sanctioned limits.
  • Providing customers with a clear understanding of operational requirements, including proper documentation, submission of documents, and timely use of credit facilities.
  • Assisting the debt management team in recovering stressed accounts and monitoring financial health and performance of clients.
  • Exploring possibilities for collecting set-up fees and interest income from clients.
  • Interacting with customers to gather feedback and conducting plant visits to submit reports to the credit department.
  • Visiting clients' debtors to complete execution of letters and documents and liaising with State Bank branches, consultants, and professionals for business leads.

Requirements:

  • MBA in Finance or Marketing from a reputable institution.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in Supply Chain Finance or Trade Finance.

Estimated Salary:

Roughly $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
