Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
Job Description:
We're seeking a motivated Sales Growth Manager to identify new business opportunities, engage with clients, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Sales Funnels: Develop and manage multi-touch sales funnels to nurture potential clients effectively.
- Client Engagement: Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to pitch our services.
- Proposal Development: Create and present tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team and provide valuable market insights and feedback.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience (experience in creative services is preferred).
- Attitude: Results-driven attitude with a passion for client engagement.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills and CRM proficiency.
- Growth Mindset: Strong enthusiasm to learn and grow in sales.
- Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
