Job Title: Sales Growth Manager

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum

Job Description:

We're seeking a motivated Sales Growth Manager to identify new business opportunities, engage with clients, and close deals to drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Funnels: Develop and manage multi-touch sales funnels to nurture potential clients effectively.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to pitch our services.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team and provide valuable market insights and feedback.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of sales experience (experience in creative services is preferred).
  • Attitude: Results-driven attitude with a passion for client engagement.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills and CRM proficiency.
  • Growth Mindset: Strong enthusiasm to learn and grow in sales.
  • Goal-Oriented: Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
