Job Description


We are looking for a experienced HubSpot Specialist to join our team as an Onboarding and Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the process of onboarding & implementing for customers who need support after Onboarding. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Expert to join our marketing team. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing & sales strategies to enhance engagement, boost customer retention, and drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities & Duties


  • Onboard & implement the HubSpot portal for new clients
  • Working with Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS.
  • Migrate data into HubSpot CRM, complete data mapping, and segment lists
  • Use marketing automation and CRM to enhance the sales and marketing process.
  • Create and manage landing pages, forms, workflows, email campaigns, template designs (emails & landing pages), calls-to-action, etc within the HubSpot platform.
  • Measure results and optimize lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
  • Work alongside Customer Success Managers to build excellent relationships and trust with clients.
  • Create reports which give a clear attribution to sources and processes that are working best for the customer.


Qualifications:


  • 2-4 years experience in a HubSpot CRM, All HubS preferred particularly those with responsibility for driving a qualified lead pipeline.
  • Great communication skills (verbal and written), analytical skills and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of Inbound Marketing & content strategy
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user (certifications preferred)
  • Experience with other CRM tools is a big plus.
