Shift timings : 1.00 pm to 10.00 pm

Work from the office is a must.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist with expertise in

HubSpot to support our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will manage the administration of

our HubSpot CRM, improve sales processes, drive sales performance through data analysis, and

ensure the sales team has the tools, insights, and resources to succeed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Problem Solving and Analytical skills.

• Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and

accuracy.

• Set up and manage workflows, pipelines, dashboards, reports, and automation to streamline

sales processes.

• Customize HubSpot for the sales team’s needs, including lead scoring, task automation, and

integrations.

• Develop, document, and maintain sales policies, procedures, and best practices to improve

efficiency.

• Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and customer success to align goals and

optimize the end-to-end sales process.

• Generate, analyze, and distribute sales reports and performance metrics using HubSpot’s

reporting tools.

• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, sales

cycle length, and revenue forecasting.

• Present insights and recommendations to senior management to drive sales strategy and

decision-making.

• Ensure the integrity and cleanliness of sales data by implementing data validation rules and

regular audits.

• Coordinate and manage integrations between HubSpot and other sales and marketing

platforms (e.g., email marketing tools, analytics platforms).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations or CRM management, with a focus on HubSpot.

• Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM and Sales Hub features, tools, and best practices.

• Proven ability to optimize sales processes and workflows through CRM automation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally with different

teams. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools.

• Familiarity with other sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and marketing tools (e.g.,
