Job Role: HubSpot Developer

Location: Remote (Anywhere in India only)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a HubSpot Developer. The right candidate would assist in the day-to-day development of HubSpot requirements and build cross-team relationships with stakeholders from the Marketing, Finance, and Business Process Operations teams. In addition to the above the person would be responsible for managing the HubSpot data and carrying out custom development.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain HubSpot integrations with various third-party applications and internal systems.
  • Design, implement, and manage data workflows and pipelines within HubSpot.
  • Administrate the HubSpot with Marketing Hub or Sales Hub accounts, manage users, clean up database, organize workflows and improve email deliverability.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize and troubleshoot existing HubSpot integrations to ensure data accuracy and syste performance.
  • Create and manage custom HubSpot modules, templates, and workflows.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data governance policies.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users on HubSpot functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry trends.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with HubSpot, including data integrations and data management.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot APIs, HubL, and HubDB.
  • Strong understanding of data integration through custom APIs.
  • Experience with SQL, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CMS for Developers, HubSpot Marketing Software).
  • Experience with Salesforce.
