Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Leadership and Growth Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This full-time role will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Lead and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
  • Bilateral relationship-building with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions and stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive business growth

Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Proven track record of success in sales leadership and growth management4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industryStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsAbility to think strategically and make data-driven decisionsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and professional development opportunities.
