Strategic Sales Growth Manager

YourTribe is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Growth Manager to join our team. As a key player in driving sales growth, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to drive revenue expansion across various regions and markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Pipeline Management: Build and track a robust pipeline of prospect customers, analyzing market trends and opportunities to drive business growth.
- Lead Management: Effectively manage all incoming marketing leads, ensuring timely status updates and seamless handovers to the sales team.
- Social Media Engagement: Leverage social media platforms to establish strong connections with potential clients, fostering relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to inform sales forecasting, identifying areas of growth and potential challenges.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Head of Sales, Pre-Sales, and Marketing teams to align on sales funnels, targets, and performance metrics.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze prospect data to provide valuable insights, informing sales strategies and driving business decisions.
- Action Planning and Execution
