We aim to enhance the employee experience of over 10 million end consumers within the next twelve months. To achieve this, we need a highly skilled Senior Inside Sales Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be managing a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage lead conversion from various marketing channels.
- Develop short-term and long-term sales plans, approaches, and strategies.
- Achieve consistent revenue growth in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Hold regular meetings with team members to discuss performance, coaching, feedback, training needs, and career discussions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Coach and mentor the sales team to improve their performance and achieve individual and team objectives.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Inside sales and account management.
- Ability to handle the entire inside sales process from sourcing data to closing deals.
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
- Knowledge of the sales process from initiation to close.
- Previous experience in inbound sales, inside sales, or related sales experience preferred.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of IT services, including software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving mind-set with the ability to analyse complex situations.
- A customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
Compensation Package:
Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum (based on experience).
