We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Growth Manager to drive business expansion and revenue growth in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with expertise in technical solutions/platforms in entrenched markets.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Business Growth Manager will be responsible for:

  • Familiarizing themselves with Airveda's IoT products and services.
  • Identifying and developing opportunities to acquire new clients through outbound activities (cold calls, emails, social outreach).
  • Following up on inbound leads (MQLs) from marketing events, webinars, and website downloads.
  • Developing and executing a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Coordinating with marketing and account executives to create territory strategies and digital sales campaigns.
  • Preparing accurate revenue forecasts and meeting/exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
  • Maintaining daily records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Negotiating with clients to secure favorable terms and addressing feedback to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, the Senior Business Growth Manager will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, with expertise in Smart Cities, Smart Buildings, Air Quality Monitoring, or Smart Homes industries.
  • Demonstrated success selling technical solutions/platforms in entrenched markets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold outreach.
  • Proven track record of closing B2B sales.
  • Exceptional networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with additional experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), IoT protocols, HVAC systems, AI technologies, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and strong verbal and written communication skills will be preferred.
