Job Title: Growth Intern Company: Alore Location: Bangalore Alore brings revenue velocity to businesses by being their dependable growth operating system. With roots in Singapore and a flourishing office in Bangalore, we are searching for an enthusiastic and dedicated Growth Intern to join our team and help propel Alore’s growth trajectory. As a Growth Intern, you will support our Growth Associates in fostering strong relationships with our clients, deepening product knowledge, and promoting customer retention and satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is eager to contribute to our mission of driving client growth and success. Responsibilities : Assist in managing client relationships, including aiding in onboarding, implementation, and training processes. Gain deep product knowledge and assist in showcasing product demos and working out solutions for business use cases. Support in building a stronger customer relationship management program. Help promote awareness of Alore’s latest products/features. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to address customer issues and deliver solutions. Support the development of strategies for upcoming client meetings. Assist in preparing documentation or visuals to demonstrate the performance of campaigns. Contribute to team goals in increasing product adoption and customer retention. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree. Interest in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and analytical mindset. Comfortable working in a team across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment. Proactive, able to manage priorities, and a keen desire to learn.
