We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Duckman Technologies, a Salesforce service provider.

Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to identify strategic business opportunities, build key customer relationships, and drive long-term growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and deals that will drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Negotiate and close business deals that meet the strategic objectives of the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to execute business initiatives and new product launches.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.).
  • Present business proposals to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee the business development team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Year of work experience in same position.
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in project management and/or leading a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT/Salesforce industry or sector.
  • Knowledge of market trends and technologies.
  • Experience in international business development or partnerships (UK Based Client).
