We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Duckman Technologies, a Salesforce service provider.
Job Summary: The primary responsibility of this role is to identify strategic business opportunities, build key customer relationships, and drive long-term growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and deals that will drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Negotiate and close business deals that meet the strategic objectives of the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to execute business initiatives and new product launches.
- Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development, etc.).
- Present business proposals to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee the business development team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Year of work experience in same position.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in project management and/or leading a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Salary Estimate: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT/Salesforce industry or sector.
- Knowledge of market trends and technologies.
- Experience in international business development or partnerships (UK Based Client).
