Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients and partners, focusing on fitness-related opportunities.
- Market Engagement: Leverage your knowledge of the fitness industry to create strategic partnerships with gyms, wellness centers, and corporates.
- Fitness Advocacy: Represent Artifex HR Private Limited as a fitness enthusiast and advocate for a healthy lifestyle in all interactions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay updated on fitness trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Proposal Development: Craft customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs in the fitness domain.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, client feedback, and performance to the management.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
- Self-motivated and independent, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Confidence, strong negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Passion for fitness, with an active and healthy lifestyle.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Willingsness to travel extensively for business needs.
- Analytical skills to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
