About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager/IT Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving pre-sales processes with direct and channel customers, articulating our technology and product portfolio, and providing technical assistance during the pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive pre-sales processes with direct and channel customers to identify technical and business requirements and design solutions.
  • Articulate our technology and product portfolio to both business and technical users.
  • Provide technical assistance during the pre-sales process by identifying customer needs and consulting with internal teams.
  • Attend meetings with potential clients to determine technical and business requirements.
  • Promote our services and solutions through various channels such as email, phone, and manual/automated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, account managers, and partners to develop proposals and presentations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales roles from the US Staffing industry.
  • Strong track record of generating revenues and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication skills (written + verbal).
  • Experience working in MNCs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
