About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team at Unacademy as a Business Development Director for Sales Growth. This is a unique opportunity to drive sales growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and contribute to the company's overall success.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record of driving significant sales growth in a fast-paced environment. You will possess a deep understanding of sales methodologies, including consultative selling and account management. Your excellent leadership and team management abilities will enable you to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. Additionally, your strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and ability to make data-driven decisions will be invaluable assets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy Development: Define and implement comprehensive sales growth strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Data-Driven Sales Optimization: Utilize data analytics to identify sales trends, customer behavior patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key customers to drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and passion, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and bonuses that reflect your value to the organization.
