Regional Business Development Lead

Join Neokred, a cutting-edge FinTech company in Bangalore, as a Regional Business Development Lead. You will drive organizational sales forward by creating and executing business plans, exceeding targets, and collaborating with the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create targeted client lists, establish relationships, and schedule meetings to expand sales.
- Develop and implement detailed sales strategies, including revenue goals and expense management.
- Consistently meet or surpass sales targets, including client acquisition and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).
- Present comprehensive meeting reports after every 15 in-person client interactions.
- Explore new markets, enhance product visibility, and align customer profiles with our offerings.
- Network, build relationships, and promote the brand at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
- Customize quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
- Establish clear goals for the development team and drive the company's growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in Banking Channel & Corporate Sales and Marketing, with expertise in Digital Banking products preferred.
- Strong communication and IT skills.
- Ability to thrive with minimal guidance, be proactive, and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Experience driving rapid team and product growth.
- Strong commitment to the team and mission.
- Considerate of cultural differences and inclusive in your approach.
- Able to anticipate organizational needs and drive efficiency.
Compensation Package: ₹8,50,000 - ₹13,00,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
