Job Title: Regional Director Lead

About the Role:
As a key member of our Commercial Property Consulting team, you will lead regional operations and drive business growth in the commercial property sector. Your expertise in real estate consultancy, client relationship management, and market analysis will be crucial in shaping regional strategies and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional business strategies to align with company objectives.
- Lead market analysis efforts to identify commercial real estate trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set revenue targets and drive operational efficiency.

Client Advisory & Relationship Management:
- Serve as a senior advisor to key clients, offering insights into property investments, acquisitions, and development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, and corporate clients.

Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a regional team of property consultants, analysts, and support staff.
- Promote a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, client satisfaction, and innovation.

Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the firm's commercial property portfolio in the region.
- Develop strategic partnerships with local and international real estate firms, institutional investors, and other stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience).

Requirements:
- Master's degree or MBA in a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior consulting role.
- Proven experience in regional management within an international property consulting firm.
- Strong track record in business development, client management, and strategic advisory.

- Expertise in commercial real estate markets, investment analysis, and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on building high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
