Key Roles and Responsibilities

The RMD department drives sales growth and increases readership for our publications.

  • Lead reader acquisition efforts through data-driven targeting and outreach programs.
  • Conduct door-to-door campaigns, sampling, and set up subscription stalls in corporate canteens.
  • Develop and execute reader acquisition campaigns in housing societies, collaborating with city sales teams and sourcing new data targets.
  • Manage office operations, including reporting, coordination, performance tracking, and planning future activities.
  • Coordinate trade marketing initiatives, subscription gifts, large-scale reader acquisition programs, and vendor engagement planning for the West region.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience, with 6-7 years of team leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
