Job Description

Role Overview:

The Digital Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement. This role involves leveraging online channels to generate leads, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, implement, and manage paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, and allocation to achieve acquisition targets.
- Identify new channels and digital opportunities to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign analytics to improve overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of online advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
