Digital Acquisition Specialist
\As a Digital Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's digital marketing strategy. Your primary objective will be to design and execute campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement across various online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:\
- Develop and implement paid digital campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad copy and landing pages.
- Manage campaign budgets and bids to achieve acquisition targets.
- Identify new channels and digital opportunities to enhance lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign analytics to improve overall marketing strategies.
Requirements:\
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of online advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and project management skills.
