Digital Acquisition Specialist Job Description

As a Digital Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement. Your goal will be to leverage online channels to generate leads, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in paid digital campaigns, data analysis, and team collaboration. You should be proficient in analytics tools and have a strong understanding of online advertising platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Execute Digital Campaigns: Develop and implement paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI to optimize campaign performance.
  • Conduct A/B Testing: Test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting strategies to enhance campaign results.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad copy and creatives.
  • Manage Campaign Budgets: Allocate budget effectively to achieve acquisition targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 13+ Years of Experience: In digital marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing.
  • Strong Analytics Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Qualifications: Strong communication, teamwork, and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
