Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager

The RMD department drives revenue streams from reader engagement by reaching different segments and expanding into new ventures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reader Acquisition Manager for Project Beam: Drive newspaper subscriptions through society and corporate outreach, end-to-end planning and execution of reader acquisition activities in housing societies, corporate hubs, and other touchpoints, supported by data-based targeting.
  • Field Activities for Beam: Visit RWAs to obtain permissions for subscription drives, conduct corporate outreach for bulk subscriptions, collaborate with city sales teams, organize reader acquisition campaigns in housing societies, meet vendors to gather data, and scout new data sources.
  • Office MIS: Reporting, coordination, performance tracking, and planning future activities, working closely with backend and sales teams for smooth campaign execution, sharing insights from field activities for internal review and strategy alignment.
  • Coordinate and lead Trade marketing initiatives in West, Subscription gifts planning, Large scale initiatives for reader acquisition, Close coordination with Brand and other functions, Vendor engagement initiatives planning, Support new and innovative distribution models.
