Acquisition and Growth Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead acquisition and growth initiatives for our Mutual Fund business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new customer acquisition for the Mutual Fund vertical.
  • Identify and optimize digital and offline channels to maximize acquisition and engagement.
  • Build and manage ecosystem partnerships to accelerate customer growth.
  • Leverage analytics to track performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement in acquisition and retention.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and business teams to deliver measurable growth outcomes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 6-9 years of proven experience in acquisition and growth roles within the financial industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition models, digital funnels, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
