A high-performing and results-driven professional is needed to lead a team of appointment setters and drive high-quality meeting pipelines for sales teams.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in global meeting setting, with a strong focus on cold calling for US-based clients, and 2+ years in a leadership role in an appointment setting function.
- Develop strategies for cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting setting to improve conversion and appointment rates.
- Closely collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts and optimize campaign success.
The leader will be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring appointment setters, ensuring consistent messaging, quality conversations, and high team morale.
