Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Advisor.
The role requires a deep understanding of Investment Banking and Asset Reconstruction business, and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, monitor deal pipelines, and provide oversight on transaction execution.
This is a high-visibility leadership role for a candidate with strong financial acumen and proven deal-making experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Work in close collaboration with senior stakeholders to drive strategic business initiatives.
- Apply knowledge of Investment Banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
- Participate in daily business meetings to review developments and progress.
- Provide regular reports on the status of ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
- Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
- Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
- Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulators.
- 5–10 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
- Proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
- Strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
- Prior experience working with senior stakeholders, boards, or executive teams in a strategic capacity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
