We are seeking a seasoned Financial Strategist to spearhead our funding initiatives.

Job Description:

Fundraising is a critical component of business growth, and we require an experienced professional to develop and execute effective funding strategies.

This role involves identifying and securing debt and equity funding from various sources, including financial institutions and investors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating funding terms, evaluating financial proposals, and presenting regular progress updates to senior management.

  • Evaluate funding opportunities and assess financial viability, providing recommendations to senior management.
  • Negotiate with financial institutions, investors, and lenders to secure funding.
  • Develop comprehensive funding strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of funding plans.
  • Present regular funding reports, MIS, and progress updates to senior management.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in fundraising, funding management, or corporate finance.
  • A strong network with banks, NBFCs, and investors.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, funding processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure and manage large funding deals.
  • An MBA (Finance), CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
