Senior Marketing Strategist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing efforts in the Mangaluru region.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing within the NBFC industry, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with our overall objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns in the region. Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Strengthen our brand presence in the region through various marketing channels including digital marketing, traditional media, events, and public relations.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand regional customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape. Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
  • Work closely with the sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the NBFC or financial services industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA) is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of the NBFC landscape and customer segmentation.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
