Key Account Manager Job Description:

Job Title

Key Account Manager is a crucial role in our franchise network, responsible for building strong relationships with franchise owners, partners, and stakeholders.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to understand client needs, and guide them through the onboarding process.

  • Responsibilities:
  • · Promote and sell Coffee N Recharge franchise opportunities to potential investors and entrepreneurs.
  • · Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, partners, and stakeholders.
  • · Handle both on-field and off-field sales activities (client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups).
  • · Ensure smooth coordination between franchisees and the company for long-term success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (F&B/Franchise/Service industry preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in Tamil & English
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling sales discussions
  • Ability to present the brand professionally to potential investors
