Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to promote and sell franchise opportunities to potential investors and entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell Coffee N Recharge franchise opportunities to potential investors and entrepreneurs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Handle both on-field and off-field sales activities (client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups).
  • Understand client needs, explain the franchise model, and guide them through the onboarding process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the food and beverage industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling sales discussions.
  • Ability to present the brand professionally to potential investors.
