Your Role: As the Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for understanding technical roadblocks and making recommendations on solution implementation and core integrations to clients using Netcore Cloud. You will also work closely with internal teams to drive client retention, customer satisfaction, upselling, and cross-selling.
