Job Overview

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team at Snaphunt.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand our offerings and effectively communicate their value to prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of assigned territories and identify new business opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM to validate and manage target accounts, prioritize leads, and track progress.
  • Engage in active prospecting through cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate new leads.
  • Tailor pitches to account and contact profiles to effectively engage prospects at various stages of the sales cycle.
  • Utilize tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other relevant tools to enhance sales performance.
  • Qualify leads using the BANT method (Budget, Authority, Need, and Time) to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Present value propositions to leaders via telecon and web sessions, ensuring alignment with account profiling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and negotiate SOWs and proposals in line with client discussions.
  • Work closely with sales managers to engage key accounts, qualify prospects, and drive new business opportunities.
  • Strive to meet or exceed lead targets on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Requirements and Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or an MBA with a focus on Sales and Marketing.
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT services sales for international markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly in engaging customers over the phone and email.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a hunter mentality.
  • Key skills: Business Development, Inside Sales, International Sales, and Sales.
