Leafoberryy is a rapidly growing skincare brand dedicated to delivering high-quality, natural products to customers across India.
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team in Mumbai and drive the expansion of our brand through effective sales strategies and market penetration.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in traditional trade channels, particularly in the skincare and beauty industries. Key responsibilities will include:
Sales and Revenue Growth- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential retail partners, negotiating sales agreements to expand product distribution.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, fostering repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with retail partners, offering support and training on Leafoberryy products.
- Monitor and analyze sales data from retail partners, providing actionable insights and suggestions to improve sales performance.
- Coordinate with retail partners to maintain optimal stock levels and ensure products are effectively displayed.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand Leafoberryy's presence in untapped regions.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and changing customer preferences.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, including in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and events, to increase product visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales initiatives are aligned with the company's brand strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, including analysis of sales trends, customer feedback, and market conditions.
- Use sales data and insights to refine and adapt sales strategies, helping to achieve future targets.
Salary Information
The salary for this role is estimated to be between ₹3,00,000 and ₹3,60,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry, focusing on traditional trade.
