Hedge-Square Sales and Marketing Professional

At Hedge-Square, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
We offer a competitive salary package with an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients to generate new business opportunities using online platforms, databases, and other tools.
- Cold Calling: Initiate contact with potential clients over the phone and pitch products/services, qualifying leads and setting up meetings.
- Bulk Mails: Send mass emails to prospects or existing clients as part of marketing campaigns and track responses ensuring follow-up actions are taken.
- Follow-up Calls/Mails: Follow up with leads and prospects through phone calls or email correspondence and ensure timely responses and keep leads engaged.
- Appointment Setter: Schedule meetings between sales team and clients/prospects, manage calendars, and ensure all appointments are confirmed.
- Backend Activities: Maintain and update lead databases and sales reports, organize sales data, track performance, and analyze trends.
- CRM Activities: Input and maintain client details in CRM systems, update records with meeting notes, follow-ups, and sales progress.
As a Sales and Marketing Professional at Hedge-Square, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in sales processes and techniques, as well as improve your communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with MS Excel (data entry, analysis).
- Any experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus.
