Key Account Manager - Sourcing Manager RoleThis role involves in-depth knowledge of ongoing and new project launches in the city, recognizing top-focused projects, and developing good relationships with the developers' team. You will also identify valued retail channel partners who majorly deal in focused projects.
Your key responsibilities include:
- In-depth market research and understanding of local micro-markets.
- Negotiating with developers to secure deals and partnerships.
- Developing and maintaining a robust network with retail channel partners.
- Creating customized value propositions for CPs to work with us.
- Assisting in organizing workshops and events to ensure stickiness.
