About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Strategist to join our team at Edgeverve in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Total Rewards Strategy and experience in managing executive-level compensation plans.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Manage global leader/executive level C&B programs as a team manager
  • Develop and implement rewards best practices, globally aligned compensation and benefit plans
  • Securing compliance and alignment with global total rewards philosophy, policies, processes and guidelines
  • Drive market competitiveness in the supported region by implementing rewards best practices
  • Oversee management and delivery of global compensation programs related to base pay

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post graduate degree in management and exposure to the IT/ITES industry
  • Excellent project management and people leadership skills
  • Subject matter expertise in wide range of rewards areas
  • Excellent communication, advisory and business partnership skills
