Job Title: Compensation Strategist

About the Role:

The role of a Compensation Strategist at Edgeverve is to design and implement total rewards strategies that drive business outcomes. As a key member of the compensation team, you will be responsible for creating competitive compensation packages that attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute total rewards strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Design and implement compensation structures that balance internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop benefits and recognition programs
  • Analyze market data to inform compensation decisions
  • Provide guidance on compensation best practices to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary Estimate: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum
