About the Role:

In this dynamic role as a Compensation Strategist at Meesho, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our Total Rewards Philosophy. With a focus on cash and equity-based compensation, employee benefits, and wellness, your expertise will drive our high-performance work culture and exceptional employee experience.

Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Team, HRBPs, and business leaders, you will be responsible for communicating our Total Rewards frameworks, identifying problems, and providing data-backed recommendations for current compensation positioning, new hire salaries, pay increases, internal pay parity, transparency, and external market competitiveness.

You will participate in compensation surveys to determine our company's competitive position, analyze data, and develop appropriate pay ranges. Additionally, you will conduct annual budgeting for people cost, create frameworks for pay increases, and ensure their effective implementation.

With a keen eye on industry best practices through benchmarking and networking, you will present insights to improve our processes. Your expertise in equity compensation data, budgeting, and distribution of equity grants to employees, along with managing equity pool data & systems, will be invaluable.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 2+ years of work experience in Total Rewards roles, preferably in the e-commerce space and fast-growing Pre-IPO Indian startups. You should have excellent MS Office skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, as well as data analysis and problem-solving skills.
