Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Strategist to join our team at KreditBee. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

As a Business Development Strategist, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement customer targeting strategies, monitor conversions, and execute existing business initiatives in line with the strategic direction of the organization from a marketing standpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer targeting strategies to drive business growth
  • Monitor conversions and analyze data to optimize marketing efforts
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute existing business initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, or economics)
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
