Strategic Bid Manager

Ampersand Group seeks a seasoned Strategic Bid Manager to lead our government project initiatives in India.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in presales, with a focus on bid management and government projects. A strong background in business administration or engineering is required.
We are offering a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
About the RoleThis Government Project Specialist role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex proposals and presentations. The successful candidate will lead and manage the end-to-end bid process for government projects, collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling and compliant bid proposals.

The Presales Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
