We currently seek a Bid Manager to join our team in Delhi Region, India (IN).

  • To conduct activities according to company values.
Job Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and lead potential business opportunities assigned by Presales Head through the complete bid lifecycle, providing functional and non-technical support.
  2. Manage the entire bid process according to internal processes tailored to client deadlines.
  3. Organize Bid Kickoff Meetings.
  4. Coordinate with all stakeholders (internal and external) for completion of bid deliverables.
  5. Prepare custom Bid Plans and execute plans for regular monitoring of bid deliverables.
  6. Conduct regular reviews of bid deliverables and maintain regular progress reports of various bid deliverables.
  7. Prepare custom bid responses and accommodate inputs from different stakeholders involved in the bid process.
  8. Handle all activities related to manual bid submission, including printing, stamping, scanning, and sealing.
  9. Handle online submission of bids on various e-tendering/e-procurement websites in India.
  10. Handle customer queries and requests for clarifications at pre-sales stage and post-submission stage.
  11. Maintain and regularly update a repository of all proposals, collaterals, and supporting documents, as well as physical repositories of bid stationery.
  12. Generate opportunities through tender sites, tele-cons, and other mediums to effectively pitch the company's products to existing and potential clients/prospects.
  13. Regularly report on internal metrics and competitor activity and recommend actions wherever deemed necessary.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience working on RFX (RFP/RFI/EOI) for the Indian Government market, including Central/State Govt. Ministries, PSUs, Autonomous bodies, etc.
  • Experience working on Software/Infrastructure system integration or pure-play bids.
  • Professional demeanor, attitude, outgoing, and friendly.
  • Organized, focused, and target-driven.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills to maintain sound relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Earn and maintain mutual respect with fellow employees/team members and Senior Personnel.
  • Take the initiative in keeping others informed on matters of mutual interest.
  • Strong bid management background and experience handling multiple RFP responses simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a high-pressure environment.
  • Prior experience of tender mining through various tender sites.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Enjoy working as part of a team, making realistic commitments, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proactively seek guidance and information from available sources within the team.
  • Will to travel in and around NCR and outstation on short notices.
Preferred Skills:
  • 6+ years of rich experience in Bidding Process.
  • Excellent communications and written skills.
  • Self-motivated.
