We're currently seeking a Bid Manager to join our team in Delhi Region, India.

Key Objectives:

Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage and lead potential business opportunities assigned by the Presales Head throughout the complete bid lifecycle, providing functional and non-technical (administrative) support
  • To manage the entire bid process as per internal processes tailored to client deadlines
  • To organize bid kickoff meetings
  • To coordinate with all stakeholders (internal and external, including legal, financial, delivery, administration, officials of partners, and end-clients) for completion of bid deliverables
  • To prepare custom bid plans and execute them for regular monitoring of bid deliverables
  • To conduct regular reviews of bid deliverables and maintain regular progress reports of various bid deliverables
  • To prepare custom bid responses and accommodate the inputs of different stakeholders involved in the bid process
  • To handle all activities related to manual bid submission, including printing, stamping, scanning, and sealing
  • To handle online submissions of bids on various e-tendering/e-procurement websites in India
  • To handle customer queries and requests for clarifications at the pre-sales stage and post-submission stage
  • To maintain and regularly update a repository of all proposals, collaterals, and supporting documents, as well as a physical repository of bid stationery
  • To generate opportunities through tender sites, tele-cons, and other mediums to effectively pitch the company's products to existing and potential clients/prospects
  • To regularly report on internal metrics and competitor activity and recommend actions where necessary

Estimated Salary: ₹20,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working on RFX (RFP/RFI/EOI) for the Indian Government market, including Central/State Govt. Ministries, PSUs, Autonomous bodies, etc.
  • Experience working on software/infrastructure system integration or pure-play bids
  • A professional demeanor, attitude, outgoing, and friendly
  • Organized, focused, and target-driven
  • Effective written and oral communication skills to maintain sound relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Able to earn and maintain mutual respect with fellow employees/team members and senior personnel
  • Ability to take the initiative in keeping others informed on matters of mutual interest
  • Strong bid management background and experience in handling multiple RFP responses simultaneously
  • Experience working in a high-pressure environment
  • Prior experience of tender mining through various tender sites
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Will to work as part of a team, making realistic commitments and meeting deadlines
  • Pro-active in seeking guidance and information from available sources in the team
  • Will to travel in and around NCR and outstation on short notices
